Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, located in Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising and marketing industry and will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, market research, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing strategies and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and marketing objectives.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the advertising and marketing industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership strategies that drive business growth.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to optimize service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the advertising and marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
